Responsible to plan, implement and communicate total remuneration strategy of Ooredoo Myanmar. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES• Design, evaluate and implement compensation and benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements. • Lead the annual pay planning process for salary reviews and bonus payment.• Manage and oversee the entire payroll process. • Owner of the Human Resources Information system and its effective implementation.• Lead the Job Evaluation process within the organization.• Design Incentive programs for Commercial roles.• Own the Benefits programs from design to implementation across the business. • Collaborate on a variety of projects including analysis, budgeting, and implementation of new programs.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS • University Graduate with internationally recognized certificate or diploma in C&B preferred• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Compensation & Benefits• Experience of managing Payroll required • Strong leadership and cross functional skills • Demonstrated Experience of conducting job evaluation and drawing Comp & Ben plan • Fluency in English both spoken and written is mandatory requirementOnly eligible applicants will be contacted directly by the Ooredoo Myanmar Talent Acquisition Team.
