About the Company

The Role

Responsible for overall payroll process and full spectrum of HR functions

● Responsible to handle all compensation & benefits related process
● Manage and maintain input of employees’ bonuses and commission
● Need to handle all compensation and benefits procedures
● Design and conduct company’s benefits programs

Job Requirements

Requirements

● At least 2 or 3 years of experience in related field
● A university degree is required
● Good command of written and verbal English
● Outstanding communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities
