- Keep all the compliance policies & process up to date

- Provide compliance related training to all the new employee

- Cross verify to ensure that Mega and related principal compliance policies is being adhered

- Support head of finance & Commercial to review of legal agreement

- Support head of finance & commercial to draft new agreements such as lease, stockiest, principal, customer etc

- Maintain a track of all the agreements and advised to concerned person for its renewal as and when it required

- Liaise with Lawyer to represent court cases and when required

- To do other finance & legal related task assigned time to time

Job Requirements

- Preferably the candidate should have CPA, LLB or MBA

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the field of legal & compliance

- Must have some experience of working on Internal control or legal or compliance

- A person with finance background is also convenience provided he has relevant experience

- Good understanding of English Language,

- Good interpersonal skill, communication skill, negotiation skill and problem solving skill

- Self-initiative and motivate
