Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Reporting to the Corp. Compliance Head & Assist the Compliance Senior Manager to design, roll out and oversight the compliance framework across all lines of functions of all IGE’s Business Units.
• Tracks and monitors the implementation status of regulatory changes to ensure they are fully implemented and incorporated into policies and procedures of all Business Units within regulatory required time frames.
• Supports staff on a day to day basis by conducting research, responding to inquiries, and assisting with the development of or revisions to policies and procedures.
• Works with department heads on the oversight of the compliance management program.
• Assists with regulatory examinations, including requesting and preparing materials.
• Provides on-going support to the compliance team on ad-hoc special projects, risk assessments, compliance reviews, and other tasks.
• Assists with development of employee training programs.
• Assist with set up, maintain and continuously refine policies and procedures while ensuring the people’s adherence to such policies & procedures.
• Assist/ support Internal Audit & ERM team to Develop, implement and review policies and procedures of internal control.

Job Requirements

• 2 years’ experience in an operational or management role at foreign or well reputed domestic organizations, with a successful track record.
• Previous similar experiences are favorable, but not essential.
• A tertiary qualification in commerce, finance, accounting, or business administration.
• Hold key working relationships with regulatory bodies (preferable but not essential).
• Superior communication and influencing skills over any level of stakeholders, from top to bottom.
• Acceptable Business English Language skills.
• Have set plans & strategies yet remains hands-on with the day to day.
• Understanding of relevant business industries’ nature through prior experiences.
