Position Description

• Assist in assessing company operations to determine compliance risk
• Support Regularly audit company procedure, practices and documents to identify possible
weaknesses or risk
• Handle statutory reporting, licensing applications and inquiries from regulatory bodies and
conducts related investigations;
• Support the preparation/follow-up on internal/external audit and regulatory inspection
• Provide other necessary assistance as required by Compliance team
• Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program
• Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
• Evaluate business activities (e.g. investments) to assess compliance risk
• Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance
• Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management or a related field.
• 3 years’ proven experience in a compliance officer role.
• Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
• Brilliant oral and written communication skills.
• Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Strong wiliness to gain experience.
• Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
• Integrity and professional ethics
• Teamwork skills
• Attention to detail
