Construction and Property Manager at the most successful Construction Companies in Yangon

o Manage and develop building facilities to deliver new consumer store building projects
o Up to 4,000,000 MMK plus other allowances

About the Company

The Role

Responsible for overseeing and allocating expansion projects as well as estimating the costs and time control

● Provide monitoring reports on progress, cost and performance
● Act as operation’s representative at relevant project team meetings; ensure rapid actions are taken in response to concerns raised
● Prepares action plan for main task of maintenance
● Reviews and investigate preventive maintenance report
● Visit stores to get information to improve facilities
● Assist to manage and certify all consultants, contractors, suppliers, utility providers’ accounts as well as payment processing.

Job Requirements

● At least 7 years of working experiences in construction
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering fields or related degree
● Enable to communicate with English skill
● A good understanding of the inter-functional relationships within a property or construction business
● Have good knowledge of international QA/QC procedures
