- Providing HRIS Implementation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting support to Group Companies.

- Work closely with HRIS manager & other BU HR department for the successful implementation of HRIS software.

- To provide required support to user department for any query related to HRIS Application.

- Requires strong understanding of application development methods, data base concepts, system architecture, algorithms and operating systems

- Ability to work on problems with defined scope through usage of standard programming concepts

- Ability to actively participate in developing complex applications involving cutting edge technology and frameworks

- deliver complete and accurate work by demonstrating strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills

- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications. Technical Analysis.

- Conduct design reviews for enterprise architecture integration solutions.

- Write test scenarios. Perform component testing and UAT support. Participation in code promotion.

- Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple complex projects under tight deadlines

- Holding a Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of understanding HRIS, Enterprise Application management & integrations, different application platforms & developing tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Strong attention to detail with a logical and methodical approach
