Objective of the consultancyThe overall objective of this consultancy is to facilitate the process of internal policies and procedures review and update and make sure that the recommendations for the internal compliance and governing systems are consolidated for well- established and documented, ready to communicate the employees of WWF Myanmar. Detail objectives are to: Consolidate the existing policies and procedures of WWF Myanmar Review each document with the policy owners and identify the required policies and procedures and its processes, relevant to the needs of the organization Facilitate the internal policies review workshop with internal focused group, analyse the recommendations and input received from the workshop for comprehensive documentation Scope of work/ Major responsibilityA consultant for WWF Myanmar Policies and Procedure Review Processes is to consolidate all the existing policies and procedures, preparing for the review workshop with internal focused group. Consultant is to ensure that all the recommendations and inputs from the representatives are captured by planning, designing and facilitating the workshop. By analysing the input received from the workshop, a consultant is to prepare the report with thorough recommendation reflecting the changes made for effective policies and procedures. Outputs/ deliverable of performance and time schedule1. Review and revisit all existing the policies and procedures of WWF Myanmar 2. Plan, design and facilitate the policies and procedures review workshop 3. Consolidate all the valid recommendations from the workshop prepared to strengthen the WWF Myanmar internal policies and procedures.
Requirements An advanced degree in administrative, human resources, and financial management or a relevant field Excellent knowledge and experience in process consultation and high level facilitation in non-profit conducts of internal organization procedure and protocols, guidelines and policies At least 8 years of experience working in the context High level negotiation, facilitation as well as interpersonal and influencing skills Other key skills required: Strategic thinking, Leadership, Communication, Organization and Coordination Closing Date: 15 November 2019 (Friday)
