Objectives:

-To finalize various proposals
-To developing new proposals in collaboration with the WCM team.

Deliverable:
-Completion of various project budgets. The exact nr. will depend on start of contract.
-Development of a WASH focused proposal
-Development of a child protection focused proposal

-Given the degree of unpredictability in hours required to produce the deliverable, payment will be based on the hours worked and expectations
adjusted.

Duration:
Start per immediate. Initial contract time for 80 working hours, with possible extension. The working hours can be provided with an expectation of 4-8 working hours per day depending on need and availability of consultant.
Stakeholder roles and responsibilities
Work-plan (to be developed at the point of contracting based on priorities)

Working Times:
Flexible and based on mutual agreements at hiring.

Exclusionary clause:
Payment is made for services rendered as an individual contractor. No employment or other benefits are included with nor implied by this contract.

Confidentiality:
All documents and information obtained under the terms of this consultancy remain the exclusive property of World Concern. Use or publication of information obtained under the terms of this consultancy requires prior written permission from WORLD CONCERN. Activities, reports and all information about WORLD CONCERN, its employees, partners and donors, whether oral or written, remains strictly confidential during and after this consultancy, not to be released to third parties without prior written authorization of WORLD CONCERN.

Payment conditions:
Gross Payment will be made in USD after each 40 working hours subject to satisfactory work, submission of an invoice and overview of dates and hours worked for WCM. The contractor is responsible to comply with tax requirements in Myanmar and home country related to this payment.
