Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

1) Business / Customer Planning
 Work with Trade Marketing to develop deep understanding of Ethical Channel Universe and design correct coverage
 Route to Market for Pharmacy & Retail Channel
 Work with Marketing, Medical Marketing & Trade Marketing to define CHC portfolio in the Ethical Channel
 Build clear Channel Plans for Budget & LTP: Map Opportunities, Potential Based Targets, Roadmap to deliver against targets
 Financial Planning
 Work with HR and Commercial Operations to define a ‘fit for purpose’ Incentive Scheme.
 Lead the Tender process for Sanofi CHC
 Ensure that Salesforce is equipped for success
 Work with Trade Marketing to develop clear 3D plans (Account Standards) for Independent Pharmacies, Wholesalers, Independent GT

2) Delivery/Execution of Channel Plans
 High % of time spent in the field with Key Customers / Sales Reps to drive hands-on execution of Channel Strategy
 Full leverage of Sales Management Tools to:
 Full Ownership of Channel Sales & Profit Performance:
 Full involvement in CHC Sales/ Marketing meetings to ensure high SOV for channel

3) Field Sales Management
 Ethical Channel
 Wholesalers

4) People Development & Leadership
 Own the development of the Field Sales team.
 Live the Sanofi CHC values in day to day work
 Champion the Hospital Channel within Sanofi CHC and the wider Sanofi community
 Build a high-performance Channel Sales team (results, behavior, values) that is fully integrated into the wider CHC business & not a specialist silo

5) Business Development & Marketing Excellence
 Develop short and long-range goals and strategy of the CHC key brands
 Successfully launch new SKUs
 Support the sales team to deliver financial objectives (sales and profitability) of the business by driving sales growth and maximizing market potentials.
 Ensure professional marketing and product training support to the sales organization
 Supervise the organization of local marketing events, building and maintaining relations with key opinion-leaders at the country level
 Establish appropriate market research systems and procedures to validate key performance indicators (KPIs) and to help to determine new commercial orientations as appropriate
 Plan and control local marketing investment and resource allocation, according to product priorities, ensuring cost-efficiency at all times and particular focus on advertising and promotion and other controllable expenses

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or operations management.
5-7 years of experience with consumer healthcare products, and prefer working experience in multinational companies.
Exceptional English communication skills – both written and oral
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Organize with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
