Job Description

• Manage the customer relationships and escalations across the entire customer base with regards voice calls into the contact center.
• Build a strong working relationship with Products & Services & Sales Teams to identify service issues and works with the relevant Support Teams to develop and implement long lasting solutions
• Be responsible to day to day management of contact center front office and all reporting Customer Service Agents
• Work together with Team Leaders to deliver an excellent, consistent and high-standard of customer engagement support to the customers; concentrate on the reputation and image of the company and the customer satisfaction to ensure a positive customer experience

Job Requirements

• Strong background of developing and running large scale customer service functions with technology
• Back ground & previous experience of working in a startup preferable
• Experience in end to end customer service rollout and support management with large scale telecom / broad band operators
• In-depth knowledge of customer care processes, Customer life cycle management & service delivery
• At least 6 years in Customer Services, minimum of 3 years as Contact Center Manager in
Telecommunications Sector is preferred
• Considerable experience and capability with a good history of setting up contact center & IVR creation
