• Prepare, review tender & contract documents, edit all contracts, existing contracts for sales, services and sub-contracts.
• Overseeing the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained.
• Guidance to the Quantity Survey and Tender & Contracts team.
• Explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties & negotiate contract terms with clients.
• Ensure that clients understand and comply with company contracts.
• Creating & maintaining relationship with clients.
• Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms.
• Overseeing measurement of quantities and cost estimation.
• Apply pricing strategies depending on market segments.
• Maintain & overseeing organized system of physical and digital records.
• Problem solving for contracts related issues.

Job Requirements

• Any Bachelor’s degree (or) MBA (or) Master Degree in related field (More Preferable Engineering background)
• 5 years experiences in related field
• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
• Good in Negotiation and Communication skills
• Familiar with FIDIC and other types of international contract law
• Experience dealing with international and overseas based companies
• Must have excellent communication skills in English languages
• Able to work at Shwe Pyi Thar
