• Provide support on financial aspects of the NI business;
• Provide accurate and timely financial and management information for monitoring the business operation and progress as well as meeting statutory, tax & financial reporting requirements;
• Analyze financial data to identify problem and their causes and recommend solution to minimize cost & risks and maximize profits;
• Manage the planning process of NI business (Rough Plan, Forecast, Budget).
• Ensure all key NI risks & opportunities identified and effectively managed.
• Ensure project costs of installation contracts are properly controlled and identify variances for corrective actions;
• To prepare and analyze NI debtors’ information to enable proper follow up on outstanding debtors and hence improve cash flow position of the company
• Ensure proper internal financial controls are exercised throughout the whole company, regularly review and enhance the internal control processes and liaise with IT for system implementation and enhancement;
• Motivate and develop the teams to ensure the continued effectiveness and improvement.
• Support and lead ad hoc projects.

• Bachelor's university degree in finance or accounting or banking or related discipline
• Min. 10 years’ experience in financial management, accounting or related field
• Qualified professional accountants
• Good leadership and management skills;
• Assertive, detailed minded and good team player
• Necessary to be able to think commercially
• Profound knowledge in accounting, taxation, banking, insurance, business controlling
• Team spirit and willing to share with others
• Comfortable in functional position and matrix organization, and in the field
• Able to self-review & take feedback and improve.
