Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

Primary tasks:
• Sales gallery reporting: monitor and analysis
• Time sheets collection
• AMS invoicing and forecast
• Office RFP: preparation and issuance (coordination of the process once commenced)
• Office leasing agencies communication
• Retail leasing agencies communication – for those coming through MDL or AM
• Operational support to Sales Gallery Office Manager – (procurement, expense claims and invoicing)
• Coordination of all activities with HRC
• HRC associated payments processing
• Property Management: coordination
• Track milestones and related follow up requirements
• Property management: upkeep master schedule and update all parties involved
The coordinator is responsible for the coordination and development of documentation for fit out and guidelines
• In-put in preparation of AMS monthly meeting
• Meeting minutes – AM meeting and other meetings where applicable
• Help develop project related documents for the purpose of outside parties’ brief

Secondary tasks:
• Market research: Office, Hotels and Retail
• Leasing agencies assessment
• Contribute to strategic recommendation of office, hotels and retail
• Coordination of all marketing and property management related activities
• Data Centre, co-working space and office benchmarking research

Job Requirements

• Proven working experience in real estate management or related field with a minimum of 2 years within a similar ole.
• Knowledge of operational, leasing and real estate development processes and management of third parties.
• Strong reporting and meeting minutes skills
• Competent in conflict and crisis management.
• Leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent time and project management and organizational skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Word.
• Good knowledge of Development planning processes and software tools.
• BS degree in business management or related field
