The Corporate Building Operations Manager continuously and systematically monitors the satisfaction of his/her internal clients (employees, guests and visitors) to assess the teams performances and provides adequate actions to compensate for shortcomings in the short and long term.
• -Design and runs a consultation system with internal clients (mostly employees) to understand needs, in terms of breadth and depth of services to be provided (safety and security, cleaning and housekeeping, meeting room booking and catering, events, reception and other guest services, office and equipment maintenance, including lifts/elevators/escalators, airconditioning services, plumbing and sanitary systems, water treatment, generators, etc).
• -Design the best configuration of services to be provided to satisfy internal customers
• -Prepare budget together with Department Head aligned with configuration of services to be provided.
• -Write SOP and provides training to teams
• -Monitor inventory supplies and consumption and ensure to keep within approved budget
• -Prepare maintenance plans (preventative and repair) and coordinate with third parties to ensure business continuity
• -Ensure maintenance plans are followed by systematically monitoring building and equipment performances and conditions
• -Ensure maintenance plans are updated if required
• -Coordinate with Design teams and Contractors for any civil, mechanical, electrical, ID works
• -Coordinates with Fire Department for compliance with Fire safety regulations, and for planning and execution of safety drills
• -Monitor the teams performances, evaluate individual performances, provides coaching.
• -Report to Head of Corporate Admin Department
• -Perform other activities as directed by management

Job Requirements

-Must have University Degree, preferably in Engineering
-Diploma in Business Administration considered a plus.
-At least (5) years' experience in Facility Management or related field.
-At least (3) years' experience with Management Position.
-Knowledge of the principles and techniques of financial management.
-Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
-Ability to establish and maintain effect relationships with government officials, private industry officials, professional personnel, and others.
-A team player with leadership skills
-An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
