You will be responsible for identifying new prospects, converting them into clients, and collaborating with the management team on an identified set of large, strategic sales prospects. Main Responsibilities• Ownership of pipeline management and segmentation• Individual ability and responsibility to forecast short term sales and hit targets• Utilizing the JobNet CRM to effectively track and record client activity and pipeline forecast management• You will be building meaningful relationships with top businesses in Myanmar at the highest level, including CEOs, MDs, and Head of Departments, as well as all other stakeholders involved in the buying decision-making process• You'll be delivering compelling sales presentations to prospects in a way that makes companies want to work with JobNet and positions the business at the leading online recruitment portal and recruitment technology partner• Regularly research the competitive landscape of the market to provide the accurate status of the positioning of JobNet• Ensure a comprehensive understanding of the industry and the ability to communicate with industry experts on topics relevant to our business• Together with the leadership team, you'll be contributing to the overall sales strategy of the business plan
