Direct English, World Leader in English Education, is a global English language training franchise – already delivering quality training in many countries worldwide. We specialise in corporate training and seek an experienced B2B sales manager with a proven track record in creating and winning new business and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities
* Market research on English language proficiency needs at local/international companies
* Draw a sales plan and Implement actions (e.g. make regular calls/visits, presentation, etc.) to achieve sales targets
* Organize structured training sessions for field force on selling/negotiation skill/product knowledge/customer relationship management
* Enter into long term contracts with corporates as “Direct English Myanmar” is English language providers for their staffs
* Secure repeat business with existing clients, and
* Track self/team progress against key performance indicators and sales plans.
* Prioritize and review daily sales activities performed and report accordingly
* Regularly evaluate the contracts with customers so as to provide the best products and services with reasonable price
* Management of existing accounts with companies
* Recruit sales force, develop and train them, and keep coaching so that they meet weekly and monthly sales target
* Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
* Creating and providing timely and accurate reports on your activity and pipeline
* Ensure that the level of customer service and delivery of training meets or exceeds the clients expectations.

Job Requirements

Desired Candidate Attributes
* Three to four years experience in B2B Sales (Corporate Sales)
* Assertive team player with a strong desire to succeed?
* Well connected in Myanmar business community
* Be able to handle sales negotiations at senior management and director level and secure the sale.
* Demonstrate strong planning and negotiation skills
* Able to design sales plan with KPI, monitor sales progress and report (daily/weekly/monthly) accordingly
