An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Incorporation of New Company.
• Preparation of the AGM, EGM, Board Resolution, etc.
• Filing with DICA on the changes (shares, change of officers, address etc.)
• Liaising with group entities and DICA officers.
• Maintaining minutes books and updating records in register book.
• Amendments to the Company Constitution.
• Stamping with stamp office for transfer of shares.
• Application for export & import licences and UMFCCI membership.
• Issue of share certificates.
• Arrange and order for the common seal.
• Other ad-hoc duties or assignments.

-Experience in professional firms providing corporate secretarial services.
- Familiar with DICA requirements.
- Good organizing & coordinating skills.
- Good command of spoken & written English.
