-Support necessary Administrative work for Board
-Arrange for the Board, Committee Meeting
- Review and edit the Board meeting minutes
-Arrange meeting and follow up for the Board and Executive Director
-Attending the meeting on behalf of Director as assigned by them
-Arrange for travel and accommodation for Board and Executive
- Liaison with third parties and Director
- Arrangement of AGM meeting
- Ad hoc duties assign by Board and Director

Job Requirements

- any graduate, MBA is more preferable
- Business background
- Secretary Background
- Relevant experience in preparing minutes of meeting
- working in listed company as a secretary is a plus for the applicant
- Able to work under pressure
- English (4 skills) is must.
- 2 - 5 years experience in necessary.
