- Taking minutes and writing Executive Summary
- Arranging meetings and travel reservation
- Produce information according to request by the Directors
- Prepare necessary documents for meetings and support other administrative matter of the meeting
- Other Ad hoc duties assign by the Director

Job Requirements

- Any graduate
- Skillful at computer applications
- Good at English(4) skills
- Good experience in writing meeting minutes (both Burmese and English)
- at least (2) years experience in relevant field
- Can work off hours
- more prefer to the person with Secretary related Diploma and who stays around Lanmadaw
