Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

 Design, plan and implement the curriculum for teaching the English language based on employee, department and business needs.
 Use modern and dynamic teaching approaches including online/remote learning tools which allow learners to communicate effectively and easily using the English language.
 Research, devise and deliver creative, interactive and engaging lessons for learners to improve their 4 skills – Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening.
 Deliver specialised English lessons such as those which cater to the needs of employees and managers from a business perspective.
 Develop special teaching plans, courses, activities and learning experiences appropriate for the learners.
 Develop and use appropriate audio and visual teaching materials and aids individualised to the specific needs of the cohort.
 Help the HR team with its training needs analysis specific to English language skills within the organisation.

Job Requirements

 Recognised TEFL/TESOL qualification.
 Minimum 3 years’ TEFL experience delivering TEFL lessons to adult learners.
 Committed attitude to training, work in general and developing learners.
 Highly conscientious and committed to the highest standards of professional service.
 Excellent listening, communication and organisation skills.
 Ability to relate well and adapt teaching styles to different groups of learners of different ages and ability/seniority levels and from different backgrounds and cultures.
 Team player who can collaborate with colleagues.
 Confident and a lively personality with patience and a good sense of humour.
