Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

o Own all Counter activities for the location
o Issue documents (FCR, HBL, CBL, HAWB, D/O, Invoice) to customer upon receipt of payment
o Collect required shipping documents from customers and dispatch to Operations team
o Ensure payment (bank slip) is checked before issuing the documents to shippers
o Provide bank slip and SAP invoices (copy) to Finance team for AR clearance
o Support Customer Service teams, Operations team in customer query resolution and exception handling
o Maintain high service level and professionalism towards customers
o Switchboard operations
o Answer promptly all phone calls, handle with care on-hold calls and properly transfer them to the concern
o Take messages accurately, timely deliver to the concerned
o Welcome guests/visitors, internal managers/staff, provide prompt service/guidance to inquiries
o Deal with queries from the public and customers
o Coordinate to serve drinks, maintain a clean and tidy reception, meeting rooms & café
o Receive/dispatch courier, inter-office mail /express delivery

o Ensure smooth counter documentation operations
o To deliver a timely service to customers on a daily basis
o Make recommendations to improve customer satisfaction, response time and data quality
o Graduated from college or university
o Good command of spoken and written English.
o Good communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently
o Customer-minded attitude is a must
o Good skill of computer
