HRINC (Myanmar) Co., Ltd is the leading provider of HR Services to the Myanmar market and expanding rapidly in the South East Asia region. Today we have offices in Cambodia and Myanmar and aim to be the leading provider of HR Services in the ASEAN Region. Our Myanmar office is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Country Business Development Manager who will be responsible for the development of our Myanmar office.

Our primary focus will be the execution of Consulting, Outsourcing and Recruitment Services. The role demands that you will deliver on a growth strategy in a start-up and entrepreneurial environment that requires a leader who will inspire a new generation of HR and Service Professionals. You must have experience working for one of the big 5 consulting firms, or any other professional services environment.

- Manage business development leads to the office
- Represent the firm at various events
- Write proposals, plan and execute on the startup of projects
- Manage Staffing growth of the office, with the delivery of new projects
- Coordinate with the Cambodia country office on costing and technical details
- Support the team in the delivery of services where possible to ensure that services are in line with contract delivery.
- Able to problem solve and work with a diverse range of professionals

Job Requirements

- Must have experience in working in data / Consulting: Compensation & Salary Surveys, Employment Satisfaction Surveys, HR Audit, etc. preferably from the Big 5 Consulting firms (Bain & Company, Mckinsey, Accenture, BCG, Mercer Towers Watson)
- Must have business development experience
- At least a Master degree in Engineering, HR Management or Economics
- Career path as Senior Manager / Regional Manager / General Manager / Director
- Excellent mentoring and coaching skill
- Dynamic in business development
- Attention to detail, structured, analytical
- Able to present complex things in a digestible and understandable manner
- Plans carefully anticipate challenges and roadblocks and come up with strategies to overcome obstacles in a timely manner
- Honest and professional
