Overall Purpose of Job:
To develop and grow the business of cables in Myanmar market,and develop existing sales channel or new channel in Myanmar to eventually meet the business target by communication with all level of managment team from different functions of HQ, distributor, contractor & end customers externally.
Manage,control and improve effiencies in daily operation and process and increas profiitabilty.

Major Responsibilites:
- Set up and implement effecitve sales strategy in the responsible market.
- Marketing and develop exisiting sales channel or new channel in Myanmar.
-Co-ordinate and organize the sales and marekting actitives with distribute to achieve the annual sales target and maximize the profit.
- Coach,train and mentor's distributor and their salesman.
-Plan and carry out sales policies,adjust them timely upon the changing market.
-Monitor and control sales expenses thus ensure fulfillment of sales objectives and sales payment collected.
-Make sales & marketing plans according to the budget and sales targets,monitor closely with implementation status.
-Implement and support the marketing strategy,make full use of market intelligence such as competitors,products profile,product price in order to enlarge market share and
reniforce company market image.
-Develop effective sales channel,keep contact with end customers and related clients and maintain good relationship with them.
-Develop technical sales capability of the distributors.
-Handle customer complaint and maintain good client service in term of quality,delivery,technical support and after sales service,etc.
-Conduct market survey of new product requirement,market size,competitors' activities,etc.
-Produce and present details weekly,quarterly and yearly business performance report to HQ.
-Control overheads and expenditures of business,and set processes to ensure no variances and carry out necessary corrections that may rise.Coordinate financial and budgets
activities for maximum operational efficiency facilities the preparation and analysis of reports.
-Plan and implement procedures and system to maximize operating efficiency establish and maintain controls.
-Formulate department policies and practices
-Responsible for the achievement of department and quality goals.
-Ensure that all aspects of a business operate smoothly and also ensure that a business's in-country affiliate adheres to all country regulations and cultural guidelines.
-Familiar local Myanmar logistic and provide cost effective with smooth daily delivery arrangement.

Job Requirements

-Language - Fluent English,Mandarin, Burmese (to be able to liaise with Mandarin and Burmese (Native) speaking associates).
- Education - Bachelor's or Master Degree or equivalent.
- Working Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in selling cables / M&E sector.
-Direct sales experience & distributors management experience is essential.
-Process excellent decision making ,strategic thinking,leadership,interpersonal,and ethical conducts skills.
-Process excellent financial literacy.
-Ability to manage team members effectively
-Ability to work under pressure
-Strong knowledge of local market conditions and culture
-Proficient in Google drive and MS Office
-Required based in Myanmar and need to be sensitive to cultural differences.
-Required full clean driving license and own transport.
