• Manage the SALES TARGET, shops, stock and staff in line with budget.
• Managing and oversee the daily operation staffs in order to fulfill daily operation of shops
• Developing Marketing Strategies and ensure brand awareness with marketing team
• Participate in Recruitment and selection/ managing staffs
• Lead the training strategy for the store teams to ensure customer-focus & sales target are achieved
• Monitoring the sales target and watching out customer satisfaction in shops
• Implement customer satisfaction strategies
• Monitoring in locally projects and expansions
