o Lead start & growth of Oil seeds Distribution Activity in Myanmar
o Screen and Develop new business opportunities
o Up to 9,000,000 MMK + Annual Bonus + Allowances

About the company

Company is leading merchant and processor of agricultural goods, with diversified portfolio covering the entire value chain.

The Role

● Responsible to set up and manage the SBM distribution business in Myanmar, work closely with regional team for pricing and update local market environment, competition activity, government regulation etc.
● Build relationship and manage daily commercial discussion with Myanmar customers
● Control tightly the cost structure of operations to ensure profitability of the business
● Gather, synthesize market information about feed, flour, food industries, and grains & oil seeds markets in Myanmar, and relay to the group
● Identify, propose and launch new business opportunities in those fields in Myanmar and ability to monitor P&L

Job Requirements

● Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience within agriculture or related industry
● Very well in interpersonal skills and communication with both Myanmar & English
● Able to work independently and under pressure, have teamwork spirit
● Able to travel upcountry and abroad
