Responsibility:
• Responsible for researching, conceptualizing, writing, proofreading and editing original content for all communication material including electronic, print, online, digital, AV, collaterals, merchandise, etc.
• Create innovative ideas for creative campaigns.
• Write content for B2C and B2B communication social media, website content, blogs, brochures, product briefs, solution briefs, testimonials and case studies.
• Collaborate with design, digital, search and other teams to develop compelling, content plans.
• Establish an understanding of consumer requirements, consumer experience, marketing strategy, and operational capabilities.
• Presents work at various stages to stakeholders for review and final approval.
• Digital Content Writing experience in SEO, SMO, PPC to drive traffic to the site and improve website ranking.
• Knowledge of Blogging platforms like WordPress etc.
• Keeps up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, social media trends, web usability, web design, and business/industry trends.
• Self-motivation and ability to work without close supervision.
• Ability to meet the tight deadlines and handle pressure.
• Execute engagement, promotion strategy and ideas to increase organic page likes & followers.
• Social Media Campaign planning and execution for all programs
• Knowledge of Social Media analytics and Performance metrics.
• Analyze the campaign performance and optimize the campaigns.
• Undertaking the role of online response management on all User-engaged platforms

• Have an Experience of 2+ years in a content marketing agency-based company.
• Strong English and Burmese writing skills with excellent vocabulary and grammar.
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
• Knowledge of Graphic designing tools to provide insights in content creation.
• Strong knowledge on SEO/SMO/SMM/SEM.
• Ability to handle time-sensitive projects and working within deadlines.
• Experience optimizing all aspects of cross-channel marketing campaigns.
• Should be capable of writing professional & creative web content, blogs, articles, and press release according to requirements/specifications.
• Ability to identify trendy topics using various tools.
• Candidate must have good exposure as Guest Blogging and Article Writing for different article directories and blogs.
• Good understanding of keyword density and keyword relevancy.
• Candidate should have excellent knowledge of how the search engine works and search engine optimization.
• Candidates from Ad Agency are preferable.

Minimum graduate/postgraduate degree in Language or equivalent with a strong academic record. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and detail-oriented approach to problem solving.
