Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Think conceptually and solve business problems presented by the client
-Understand the importance of the “big idea” and how well the work reflects it within the framework of the clients’ brand
-Understand the marketing objectives and demonstrate an ability to deliver the “message” through design
-Strong understanding of Myanmar art and culture which will give better communication materials to audience
-Create and conceptualize multiple concepts for new assignments
-Assist in the preparation of presentations especially for new business (pitches)
-Ability to execute ideas flawlessly-paying particular attention to design, layout and typography
-Contribute to the communication, demonstration and evolution of the Company's creative product to clients at the highest possible standard
-Interact with the client and account management to gain a total understanding of the client’s business strategy and the market in which it is competing
-Provide formal feedback for performance evaluations of team members at the close of a project
-Build a personal portfolio of exceptional third parties: photographers, illustrators, production houses and talent from Myanmar and the region
-Strong understanding of “360” and how the Company is uniquely placed to harness it to meet our clients’ objectives
-Awareness of emerging trends in all technologies for online and printing techniques and emerging trends in offline marketing
-Train and share your skill/ experiences with juniors and colleagues to produce the best Myanmar creative works
-Overseeing the projects which there is creative need within creative and newsroom

-Bachelor of Science in Public Relations/Communications or a related field.
-5 + years of experience in media relations and writing.
-Strong writing/ journalistic skills.
-Strong editing skills.
-Strategy-oriented. Able to create, manage and schedule assignments based on priorities of assigned projects.
-Team-based working experience strongly preferred
-Fluent in English
-Ability to operate effectively in a very fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment with ambitious schedules and plans
