Creative and professional Graphic Designer and Motion Graphic Animator to manage all design related requirements of the company. Responsibilities include Graphic Designing, Creative visualization, Concept Designing, for web content, social media content, Motion Graphic, Animations, Special Effects etc.
Responsibility:
• Create innovative ideas and cutting-edge designs for the existing and new online projects creative campaigns.
• Proven expert working experience in Adobe creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and other digital marketing platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Design new brand collateral including concept development for online adverts and Social Media Campaign.
• Responsible for visualizing, conceptualizing, designing and editing original designs for all communication material including electronic, print, online, digital, AV, collaterals, merchandise, etc.
• Collaborate with Content and Digital Marketing teams to develop compelling designs.
• Establish an understanding of consumer requirements, consumer experience, marketing strategy, and operational capabilities.
• Presents work at various stages to stakeholders for review and final approval.
• Keeps up-to-date with best practices in design industry for the web, social media trends, web usability, web design, and business/industry trends.
• Self-motivation and ability to work without close supervision.

Desired Candidate Profile
• Have an Experience of 2-4 years in a Digital Marketing agency-based company or creative agency (Preferable).
• Strong English and Burmese writing skills with an excellent vocabulary and grammar.
• Experience working on social media companies for renowned brands.
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
• Expertise in designing tools.
• Experience with other tools like Adobe After Effects, Mocha Pro, Premier Pro, Maya, 3DMax, Maxon Cinema 4D would be added advantage.

Minimum graduate/postgraduate degree in Design/Fine Arts or equivalent with a strong academic record. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and detail-oriented approach to problem solving.

Job Location: Bahan, Yangon, Myanmar
Candidate should be flexible with the shifts.
