Job Description

Overall Responsibilities: Managing credit collection team. To collect and contact NPL payment
customers. To train and support to the new staff and junior colleagues to be
skillful in job.

Key Areas of Accountability:
• Planning, evaluating, implementing and continuously improving all aspects of credit & collection
functions and processes.
• Supervision to the staff to follow and complaint with the credit and collection policy and procedure
and coordination with Human Resources Department to recruit the new staff.
• Check and review the collection status and the list of payment past due customers daily.
• Collaboration with application and processing section, risk management section and projection
management section.
• Assign to the staff for collection from defaulters and lead for collection team to be collected from
defaulters if needed.
• Managing to collect past due payment from according to the policy and procedure (if needed, taking
the legal action according to the advice and suggestion of bank’s legal advisor)
• Reporting to Senior Manager for weekly and monthly.

• Good understanding of credit cycle management in a consumer credit setting
• Good communication skills
• Good analytical and decision-making skills
• A team player with good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Office application software
• Knowledge and working experience of consumer credit products and risk processes would be an added advantage
