Credit Manager position at one of the largest banks in Myanmar

o Manage and control all aspects of the Credit function
o Up to 1,200,000 + other interesting allowance

The Role

● Responsible for the review and approval of credit proposals of the Bank and to maintain a good balance between returns and risks exposure
● Set up a proper credit/ loan/ risk approval process and handle corporate level
● Involve in the development, implementation, review and monitoring of various credit programs and specify necessary training and coaching accordingly to improve the competency of the team members
● Examine and develop the credit approval policies and standards of the Bank as necessary

Requirements

● Minimum 7 years of banking experience with strong credit evaluation practices
● Master’s Degree in Finance or relevant discipline
● Strong command of English
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
