The role holder is responsible for effectively managing business development and sales operations for SME Banking and Business Alliance by developing the sales strategy and identifying, originating and pursuing new business opportunities to enable achievement of customer acquisition, market share, revenue and profit margins. The role holder is also responsible for developing and maintaining healthy relationships with a network of key clients, championing and driving the implementation of sales and customer care initiatives to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the bank’s strategies and initiatives to provide an effective and engaging digital customer on-boarding experience, expand the agent and merchant networks, and drive the usage of mobile and digital applications, in order to achieve economic and social development in Myanmar through nationwide financial inclusion.

• Evaluation on existing credit products
• Creating New Credit Products according to Market needs and Customer’s business nature and preparing for Policies, SOPs and Eligibility Criteria for such New Products.
• Restructuring Repayment Schedule plan depending on Cash Flow conditions and repayment capacity of Customers.
• Setting Loan Portfolio Target (by Size, by Type, by Gender, by Geo and by Industry)
• Reviewing Actual outcomes on Target and providing recommendations for ongoing process.

• Fluent of English Language (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening)
• Be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Must have knowledge in banking &finance (or) product development experience
• Prefer Bachelor’s Degree (or) Master’s Degree graduate. Specialized in B.Com (or) BBM (or) BBA (or) M.Com (or) MBA (or) MBF
• IT skills are also beneficial.
• Work overtime if needed
• At Least 5 years of working experience in business and banking related field
