Job Position: Credit Team Leader
Required No: (2 ) Posts
Reports to: Branch Manager, Head of Operation Department
Department: Branch Office
Location: Branch Office (Yankin, Thingangyun)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Leading a group of loan officers
• Heading credit committees and taking loan decisions on a daily basis, ensuring a high quality loan portfolio
• Monitoring the group’s loan portfolio and organizing recovery committees in collaboration with the Branch Manager
• Conducting on-site client visits for supervision or recovery
• Ensuring quantitative and qualitative target fulfillment of the group
• Supporting, coaching and mentoring group members
• Participation in the training of new loan officers

Job Requirements

Qualification & Experience:

• Any University Degree;
• At least 3 years of credit supervisor or accountant work experience in a recognized MFI or commercial bank;
• In-depth knowledge of the MFI’s credit procedures and policies
• Team player with coaching skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication and organization skills
• Computer Literacy.
• Prefer in good at English proficiency and communication skills.
• Willingly relocate to other regions.
