Job Description:

• Reporting to General Manager
• Attending incoming and internal telephone calls.
• Control, register, and issuance of seafarer employment forms.
• Responsible for crew arrival/ readiness reports and registration.
• Keeping and updating the availability list of seafarers on leave and Crew departure report.
• other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Any fresh graduated ( Diploma or Degree holder )
• Must be able to perform under pressure, targets and willing to learn
• Great personality, able to connect with customer
• Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and professionally
• Good attitude towards taking initiatives, responsibility and team-work required
• Able to converse in English/Burmese
• Require good Excel knowledge

Salary - MMK 300,000 to 500,000 ( Based on Experience )
