The role is a combination of technical and functional responsibilities.

Technical Requirements:
• Experience with CRM or another business management software (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
• Experience working in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
• Integration pattern & technologies: REST/SOAP services
• Client Programming: JSON, JavaScript, HTML, ASP.NET
• Server side Programing: .NET, C#
• Database Programming: T-SQL, MSSQL Server
• Reporting: SSIS, SSRS, SSAS
• CRM configuration experience: Entities/forms/processes
• Development methodologies: Agile and Waterfall

Non-Technical Requirements:
• Ability to work with clients to develop and manage an action plan
• Some consulting experience to external clients is an added advantage
• Great communication skills
• Able to work in Malaysia / Singapore
