Job Descriptions
1. To assist Track Construction manager to coordinate railway construction activities in conjunction with general supervisors and railway operation team to ensure HSE and Quality objectives are met.
2. Ensure construction program/method statements covers all railways track, crossings, sleepers, and associated components
3. Ensure all necessary coordination with railway operator/client/subcontractor are done prior to performing any work at initial meeting
4. Ensure that a forward-looking construction programme is in place covering the inspection and maintenance of track and associated components
5. Interact sufficiently with railway operators and respective managers to ensure and double check proper preparation of activity.
6. Ensure that all track and associated equipment is inspected on a regular basis and to a pre-determined frequency
7. Attend local Induction training
8. Liaise with Permanent Way Inspectors and QA/QC team to ensure and monitor quality of work executed.
9. Ensure compliance with HSE programme.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements
1. Degree in Engineering with with experienced on construction work.
2. Must have minimum 3-5 years of working experience in related field.
3. High level of Proficiency in Business level English (TOEIC Score 600+)
4. Problem-solving skills
5. Strong Coordination Skill
6. Analytical and result-oriented
7. Computer literate- MS Excel, database program/spreadsheets
