Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Monitor the working conditions of the factories in Myanmar
Provide advice to the factory management and supervisors on appropriate ways of keeping up and upgrading the prevailing social compliance practices
supervise and report any possible unauthorised subcontracting
Give montly reports to the group management and director of CSR on the social performances and progresses of the factories
Handle clients' announced and unannounced audits and assessments
Coordinate with the factories on the completion of corrective action plan (CAP) after audits and assessments
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management

Open To

Male/Female

Job Requirements

2 or 3 years of working experience in the social compliance or related field
good knowledge of the labour, health and safety and environmental laws of Myanmar
Well versed in Burmese, English and other language if possible
Famililarity with BSCI, Sedex AND Other Code of Conduct is an advantage
Regular travel is needed
