Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

-handle overall process of applying import/export license and custom clearance
-carries out Custom Clearance administrative duties
-coordinate with various departments for product import and export shipment
-should have MACCS system experience
-report to operation Department manager/ Supervisor
- management of declaration documents
-deal with various government departments for company related matters AND MIC related matters
-handle duties as assigned

Job Requirements

-must be graduated.
- must be yellow card holder
-shall have minimum 3 years of Import/Export custom clearance experience in both Sea/ Air /Land Freight Forwarding and know all the process of custom clearance( specially for garments/ Fabric)
-ability to handle overall process for applying import/ Export license
-good at Microsoft Excel and writing email
-excellent communication skills in English preferred
