Customer Service & Operations •Take overall charge of the enquiries, complaints and requests from clients in any kinds of communications including but not limited to email, viber, phone. •Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.•Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. •Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. •Coordinating with finance team and sales HOD to follow up monthly payment collection and overdue payment for monthlybasis.Organisational Goal, Procedure and KPI•Understand and follow the procedures of respective department. •Clarify and understand your team, departmental and organisational goal with your team supervisor and HOD. •Clarify and understand individual shortterm and longterm goal and KPI with your supervisor(which is importance for your promotion and benefit)Team Collaboration•Closely working with your team member and HOD. •Creating and supporting technical knowledge between sales team, development team and marketing team.•Providing accurate reporting and feedback to HOD on all leads and inquiries, and recommend improvements that will positively impact sales and efficiency.
•At least 1 year Customer Service experience in a business to business sales environment preferred. •Proficient computer skills including Word and Excel. •Self driven, organized and able to prioritize multiple projects. •Ability to provide exceptional customer service.•Great oral and written communication skills. •Must be able to follow through and complete responsibilities. •Flexible to a changing sales and customer service environment.Our HR team will contact you within 2 weeks of the closing date to let you know if you have been shortlisted.
