Service Support
> Provide call center with service and operational information as well as FAQs
> Obtain customer feedback from different channels and monitor service trends
> Align with Marketing and Sales Departments and ensure all customer care channels fully understand services available

Voice of Customer
> Collect, track and analyze voice of customers
> Report to management and share VOCs internally
> Set rules of handling complaints
> Work with other departments in order to improve and find solutions

Job Requirements

Ability to perform planning for operation in line with services & products, business process management & improvement, making materials
Experience in mobile business or call center management preferred
Able to make plans for events, managing vendors, managing projects
Good at total service management
Good communication skills
Ability to perform data collection of VOC, data analysis, making report materials
Strong skill with big data is preferred (Excel & Access)
