Job Description

You will grow customer experience, satisfaction and relationship by building a market-leading and cutting edge loyalty programme.

Responsibilities

Launch the customer loyalty programme (City reward) app and card and manage the programme

Create pre-launch campaign to acquire and grow members

Create content, gamifications, events and activities to keep the customers’ & engagement level high

Ensure that the points award and redemption process, and reconciliation drive costs down and monetization up

Create personalised category and product offers (discounts, rebates, extra points, gifts, etc.) to drive visits, spend & loyalty

Always seek ways to add-value to the customer’s journey, pre, during and post-visits, on and off-line

Track and measure customers sentiments on and off-line via tracking services and surveys

Manage and optimize contribution from the team consisting of System Administrators, Operations Officers, Assistance Rewards Officers, Assitance, etc.

Drive to boost the City reward members and loyal customers base.

Manage communication & updates of vital information about City Rewards’ app card to members and customers.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree holder / more prefer master degree.
Must have experience in Marketing, Operations and e-commerce or digital background in the following sectors:

-Grocery retail
-Online retail
-FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Supplier Distribution
-FMCG Marketing/Branding

Leading, influencing, negociation and collaboration skills

Disciplined and good at planning, execution and managing (budget, timeline, people, operations & change)

Work fast and able to execute well in a fast and dynamic working environment

Curious and always ready to learn new concepts, ideas, ways of working, etc.

Creative problem solver
