Job Description

• Handle enquiries, feedback and complaints
• Assist with incoming calls and emails
• Interact with customers via telephone to provide information and assistance
• Professionally handle inquiries from customers
• Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
• Able to resolve the calls within the agreed SLA
• Must demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality of customer information at all times.

Job Requirements

• Customer oriented and possess positive working attitude
• Good communication skills verbal and written
• Strong customer service and problem handling skill
• Computer and IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Myanmar
• At least 2 to 3 years Experience in customer service roles is desirable. Past working experiences in contact center or call center are encouraged to apply.
• Must possess Diploma/Degree holder in any field.
• Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, immaculate telephone manners and communication skills.
• Experience in administration and HR would be an added advantage.
