Job Function : Managing current clients • Manage new corporate and individual clients delivered by sales.• Nurture clients and handle any issues that may arise.• Oversee contract renewals• Handling customer complaints.• Proactively manage both the clients and the client database. • Coordinate and effectively communicate with Directors, logistics and other sales team members, sharing client information.
• Language - fluent in both spoken and written Myanmar and English. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Good knowledge of the geography of Yangon. • Proven sales or Account Management experience. • Excellent communication skills and a team player. • Enthusiasm, and a desire to learn.• Outgoing and engaged. 3 Years of work experience
