• Answer incoming/outgoing calls
• Resolve seller complaints
• Identify and escalate issues to team lead and managers
• Provide service information to sellers
• Route calls to appropriate resources
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Follow up seller calls where necessary
• Complete call logs and reports
