Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

• Order processing and stock mgt in the order to cash cycle
• Receive, generate and process orders within the order to cash cycle
• Identify and manage abnormal orders
• Manage returned products and withdrawal of products from the market
• Manage product shortages / stock priority decision making "
• Invoicing and cash collection in the order to cash cycle
• Manage the credit control process and report customer debt including overdues
• Manage invoicing from UMM/Importers to customers
• Collect payments from the customer and liaises with Finance about Bank and GL reconciliation "
• Managing customer service performance
• Monitor DR/CCFOT measurement & loss tree analysis to improve Customer Service
• Establish accountabilities and action plans for reducing Customer Service losses "
• Reporting primary sales from UMM/Importer to DT to cross functions (Finance, CD, Planning)
• Manage Debit note process from DT Customers to Importers & Unilever
• Own customers master data
