Salary
Probation Period 250000 Kyats
After 3 months- 300000 Kyats (depend on skill & result)

Answering customer enquiries passing them on to the appropriate department.
Giving information and helping to solve customer problems.
Keep track of customers' survey, phone calls & enquiries & report to Operations Supervisor
Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

**Working Hours
Mon-Sat (9:00-5:30pm)

Age above 23 years
University Graduate
Good looking & well groomed person
English speaking (Intermediate)
Minimum 1 year of Customer Service role or Call center/Receptionist background is a MUST
