The Role

Responsible for setting the tone for a customer-focused environment.

● Use feedback from Customer Service surveys to build customer loyalty
● Train, develop and motivate customer service team
● Demonstrate Bank's service standards of accuracy, responsiveness, courtesy
● Regularly create value added conversations with customers to uncover opportunities

Job Requirements

● Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service in Banking industry
● Bachelor’s degree desired. Post Graduate Business degree, or certificate is preferable
● Excellent level in English
● Exceptional communication and people management
