-Check Customer Inqiries & guideline, discuss with Training Department
-Resolve issues and complaints, report to Management with action taken or request approval
-Develop Customer Service Standard Operation Procedure and implementation process
-Review and acting on customer feedback on site, social media and other platforms
-Maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales statistics, checked and corrected
-Manage Customer Database & Return Customer Care
-After Sales Services Plan with Marketing Team
-Explain the Product knowledge and elevating the core components to the team member
-Team members Performance Judgement, Appraisal & necessary follow up
-Support recruiting process and HR

- Minium Bachelor Degree
- At lease 4 years experience in Travel/Tour Field
- Strong communication skill
- Proficient in both Spoken and Written English
