Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Able to easily communicate with all concerning stakeholders
• Listening to customer requirements/ complaints and presenting appropriately
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing /new customers in person , via telephone calls and emails;
• Responding to incoming email , phone inquiries and complaints
• Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with concerning colleagues
• Monitor calls / randomly check quality of calls of salesperson answering / handling qualities
• Train 2 call center staff and schedule their shifts if required
• Manage to improve customer service processes with management
• Answer calls, Handle customer complaints, pass it to concerning departments
• Route Call Lead to specific listing owner
• Route Call lead to rotate assigned salesperson
• Route Call lead to affordable salesperson or luxury salesperson
• Check buyer requirement/ project and route to the person

Job Requirements

• Able to easily communicate with all level of stakeholders
• Be able to develop and manage strong customer services and relationships;
• Can manage customers’ needs , requirements and complaints
• Be able to deliver great customer services and satisfactions
• Able to identify issues and provide best solutions
• English speaking is a Must
• With call center experience for more than 2 year of customer relation / service experiences (have been working in big corporate, have been handling many complaints)
• Tuesday - Sunday 9am - 5pm (6 days work week)
