Must be able to solve customer complain and must be able to explain clearly for customers’ questions upon our services.
Must be able to solve serious complain in time, to prepare complain letter and send to HOD for necessary action and follow up and solve to customer satisfaction.
Must be able to solve cleverly and politely to have customer satisfaction.
Must be able to obey the necessary guideline of Management.
Planning and implementation for the customer loyalty program of Emporio Armani and Armani Exchange.
Coordinates activities associated to organization participation at events.

Job Requirements

• Any Graduate or Sales and Marketing Diploma
• 5 years’ experience in customer service of luxury clothing, retail sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Efficiency and organizational skills
• Computer literacy in order to type up reports, results and details of customer interaction.
